Hi everyone -
Good news for our US & Canadian backers, our super friends at Ship Naked emailed overnight to let us know that all of your packages are on the way!
At the bottom of this update is some helpful information about tracking numbers and more.
We're super pleased that you will have these soon (in the month we promised, or just a couple of days after), and hope it will bring new stories to your 13th Age campaigns.
Should you be so inclined, sharing photos and news of the coins on social media really helps our little company. We appreciate it more than we can say.
Finally, if you'd like some evil coins to go with your doughty Dwarven Coins, our Electrum Coins Kickstarter is absolutely murdering the stretch goals right now, with over a week to go. We've just announced a black nickel D20 coin when we reach AUD $30,000, and I think we'll be there before too long. Our backers are the best!

Greetings Campaign Coins: 13th Age Backers!
We have successfully shipped Campaign Coins: 13th Age for King of the Castle.
All the campaign reward packages of Campaign Coins: 13th Age have been sent. For those of you who haven't yet received a shipping notification already, you should be getting it in the next 24-48 hours. If you haven't received a shipping notification by mid-day August 25th, please email us at [email protected].
If your package has a tracking number, that will be included in your notification email. To keep the shipping costs affordable for you and for King of the Castle, some packages do not have individual tracking numbers. If your package does not have a tracking number, your shipment notification email will let you know.
If at least one week has passed since this update was posted to Kickstarter and your tracking information is not up to date, please contact www.ShipNaked.com/status.
Please note that we cannot process Status Inquiries before this one week window has passed, as we must allow our shipping partners time to process all packages.

Good news, all of the 13th Age coins and tokens are on the way!
Shipping update
US and Canadian backers: Ship Naked are sending the coins out to US and Canadian backers this week, starting Monday 22 August. You should have received a shipping confirmation already via email. For more important details about your delivery, please see the letter below from our friends at Ship Naked, copied in full at the bottom of this update.
Collector Coin backers: After my slip up (sending the Great Gold Wyrm coins to USA instead of Australia!), I now have everything I need to ship out the Collector Coin pledges. They will be shipped from Australia on Wed 24 August.
Asia Pacific backers: Australian, New Zealand and Singaporean backers. you should have received your coins by now. If you have not, please let me know.
EU backers: You should also have your coins. Kixto is holding spare copies of each coin set in case you are missing your shipment, but we plan to put the spares into stock soon, so please let me know if you are still waiting for coins.
Emperor & Gen Con backers: The bulk of your order is coming via regular fulfilment. Your special items (crit rings, dice trays and postcard sets) will be sent Wed 24 August direct from Australia. A note about the crit rings: to get them spinning nicely, give them a wash in warm water with some dishwashing liquid.
Gen Con fun
We had a tremendous time at Gen Con, and it was great to meet so many of you who chose Gen Con collection. The icon tokens got many gasps of admiration (the translucent enamel really is beautiful), and the ever so stackable Dwarven coins were one of our hits of the show.
Pelgrane also had a top weekend, scooping an amazing 11 ENnie awards out of 10 nominations. Huge congrats for their 13th Age wins: 13th Age Game Master’s Screen and Resource Book (Best Aid/Accessory, Silver) and Race to Starport (Best Free Product, Silver).
An absolute show highlight for me was running the special Gen Con Backer game of 13th Age on the Saturday night. Some of our actual backers were unable to attend (and sorely missed), but we ended up with an all-star cast: from left to right, we had the Heavy Metal GM himself Sean Clark as a magically possessed Derro, freshly minted ENnie winner Wade Rockett as the luckless Necromancer, and super backer Matt as a made Goblin in the local mafia. Together they robbed the First Bank of Drakkenhall, an adventure of such unrestrained anarchy that I can safely say it will never be repeated. But, the backers have kindly agreed to let us share the characters, so they will be available to you soon for the next time you need a 4th level criminal from Drakkenhall.

PDFs have been sent out
Speaking of Pelgrane, Simon has very kindly sent codes to all qualifying backers to allow you to download your free PDFs of 13th Age Monthly from the Pelgrane Bookshelf. Those of you who ordered copies of the 13th Age rulebook PDF should also have codes to download that. Please let me know if you have any problems accessing your PDFs.
Thanks again to Simon & Cat for this splendid gift to you all! If you enjoy 13th Age Monthly, I absolutely recommend a subscription - it delivers top stuff every month (like the Coin Tricks issue), but on top of the the monthly issue you also get free adventures every month from the Organised Play program and also this year's Free RPG Day adventure. Shining Gold D20 coin
You may recall we came very close to unlocking the Shining Gold D20 coin as a stretch goal, but fell just short. So, that coin became our special convention coin, free to anyone who spent over $40 at our booth.
Not everyone can go to Gen Con (alas), so we have kept some of the Shining Gold D20 coins aside for our mail order: while stocks last, they are free for any order of USD $40 or more, before postage is added. We're thinking about having a little sale just for you folks next month, so we'll be sure to keep some aside specially.
13th Age coins and tokens on sale soon
For those of you who would like more of the 13th Age coins and tokens, they will soon be on sale via CampaignCoins.com and PelgranePress.com, once we hear that the US orders have started to arrive. As always, backers come first.

Greetings Campaign Coins: 13th Age Backers!
We're happy to be shipping Campaign Coins: 13th Age for King of the Castle (aka Campaign Coins).
Before we ship, we have sent out address verification emails to the email you provided when you completed the survey. If your address and order details are correct, please do nothing. If something is incorrect, please reply to that verification email with the changes that need to be made within 48 hours of the email being sent. If you do not receive a verification email by end of day August 18th, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, and you believe you have to update your address, please visit www.ShipNaked.com/address.
We're preparing to ship Campaign Coins: 13th Age reward packages out to you. We estimate that picking, packing, and order processing will take about one week. We expect to begin shipping this coming week, the week ending August 26th. If we run into any snags, we'll provide an update to King of the Castle so they can let you know here. Otherwise you'll receive a shipping notification when your label is generated with the folks who will be delivering it to you.
Shipment notifications will be sent to the email you provided when you completed the survey. Please wait until one week after the campaign completion update has been posted to Kickstarter before submitting a status inquiry, as your package may not be processed immediately after the label has been generated. We generate labels in advance so that the whole campaign may be packed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's the latest on shipping for the 13th Age coins :
EU : Shipped
EU parcels were sent out by Kixto on Monday 18 July.
Huge thanks to everyone who has shared photos on social media, that really helps us so much! Your kind reviews and great photos spread the word. Special shout out to Mark G in Scotland who was first to tweet out his hoard, that made our day.
Asia-Pacific : Shipped
Australian parcels were sent out on Monday 25 July.
Asia-Pacific parcels were sent out on Wednesday 27 July.
US & Canada : Pending
The current estimated ship date is 18 August
Ship Naked were hoping to send out our shipment this week, but it was not to be. A combination of other jobs ahead of us in their pipeline, staff illness and GenCon shutdown means we just missed out. They tried really hard, but we have more backers in the Americas than all of the other places combined (nearly 300), so they just couldn't schedule it at this busiest time of the year for game publishers.
So, as soon as they are operational again after GenCon, we can expect they will go out, still within our original delivery estimate to you of August 2016.

GenCon pickup
Many of you let us know via the surveys that you would like to take up the option of GenCon collection. We're at Booth #455, right near Pelgrane!
That option is still available - if you are coming to GenCon (or have a friend who is), you can still arrange to get your coins from us at the show. But, please let me know right now, as in 24 hours I'll be on a plane! I'd like to get your packing slip printed before I go. Naturally, I will let Ship Naked know that you've got your coins early, so that you won't get double shipped.
For those of you who can't make the show, last time I asked for your permission to sell the coins at GenCon, and we still hope that's okay - it's a huge expense for our little company, and these coins will help us get us closer to breaking even.

Here's the latest on shipping, GenCon, and some 13th Age news.
Coins have all been counted in
The coins have arrived at each of our fulfilment centres:
AUS - Campaign Coins
EU - Kixto (UK)
US - Ship Naked
GenCon - via Paizo
At the time of writing, I don't yet have a dispatch date.
We are working daily with Kixto and Ship Naked to confirm all of the data and the postal charges for your orders. We are checking that all the data is ported correctly. We've already caught and fixed one error in export, so it's worth taking time here.
Collector Coin backers, Ship Naked have sent us back the Great Gold Wyrm coins they received in error, so we should see those back here soon.
Aussie backers, we hope to send your orders next week. We had an unexpected but delightful disruption: our six month niece and her parents needed a place while their house was painted, so we packed up the coin warehouse (aka the spare room) and it became a nursery!
We also averted a disaster: our 8kg dice shipment from Q-Workshop turned up weighing less than 1kg. We had ordered our swanky new metal D20 dice at the same time as the Icon D12s, but the metal dice got out of the box in transit. But, the loyal plastic D12s all arrived intact, so we can fulfil as planned. (And, happy ending, the metal dice have since been found.)
GenCon pickup
We are still on track for GenCon pickup. Will, our amazing friend at Paizo is packing our pallet as we speak, and the 13th Age coins are on there.
GenCon pickup customers, we look forwards to seeing you at Booth #455.
I need to raise now the strong possibility that we will have the coins at GenCon before you receive them in your hands. We've tried super hard to beat that deadline, but it's getting close now. If we don't have them to you before the con, it will not be long afterwards.
We always put you first, but we're also a very small Australian company paying thousands of dollars to ship coins, fly international and pay for a GenCon booth. Having a good show means we can keep doing what do, and offering the new 13th Age coins will make a difference. So, with utmost respect, we hope that it's okay if we sell some at the show.
But, we will not offer them through mail order until you have yours.
PDFs are coming
We've passed on your emails to Pelgrane Press for your free 13th Age Monthly PDFs.
However, Simon and Cat are also mad busy preparing to travel internationally for GenCon, and all that having a good show entails (in fact, you can help: if anyone going to GenCon can run some 13th Age sessions for Pelgrane, get in touch!).
So, please be patient as they find time to process the PDFs for us. They offered these rewards as a gift, and they sure are worth waiting for.

Some sad news to finish with: Steven Russell of Rite Publishing lost his life in an accident on 5 July. I did not know Steve personally, but he has received many heartfelt accolades from gaming friends who will miss his boundless energy, kind nature and warm heart.
I certainly have enjoyed the 13th Age books that Rite Publishing released: The Breaking of Forstor Nagar is a great 4th level adventure which I repurposed for my campaign, and the Book of Icons is a deep resource for our favourite part of the game.
